Shipping & Delivery

For orders inside Dhaka, our delivery time is 4-5 days. Delivery charge is BDT 60.

For orders outside Dhaka, delivery time is from 7-10 days. Delivery charge is BDT 80. Orders will be shipped through Sundarban or through SA Paribahan (upto the customer). In these cases, home delivery cannot be guaranteed as Sundarban/ SA Paribahan does not deliver in all areas. However, we shall still dispatch it under the ‘Home Delivery’ category.

Customers inside Chittagong Metropolitan City or Narayanganj can opt for home delivery or through Sundarban/ SA Paribahan. If they choose home delivery, they can pay cash on delivery. Delivery charge will be BDT 150. Delivery time can take up to 10 days.

Replacement or Refund

If the product is found to be faulty, we shall arrange for an exchange, free of delivery charge. However, the product must be unused and be inside its intact packaging. Alternatively, the customer can choose to receive a refund if they do not wish to exchange the faulty product.

If the reason for exchange is non-defective, the customer must inform us through Facebook or Instagram the day they receive the parcel. They can take another product in exchange along with paying the delivery charge.

Cancellation Policy

Your order can be canceled within 18 hours after confirmation.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of BDT 75 will be charged.

Payment Procedure

Customers inside Dhaka can choose to pay via cash on delivery or Bkash in advance.

Customers outside Dhaka must pay the full amount in advance through Bkash before the parcel is dispatched.
