  • How do I place an order?
    You can place your order on our website or through our Instagram/ Facebook page.
  • We’ll need your name, address, and a valid contact number to confirm your order.

  • What is your shipping charge?
    Delivery charge inside Dhaka is BDT 60.
  • Delivery charge outside Dhaka is BDT 80. (Delivery will be through Sundarban/ SA Paribahan.)
    Delivery charge in Chittagong or Naranganj Home Delivery will be BDT 150.

  • When can I expect to receive my parcel?
    • Inside Dhaka: 4-5 days. 
    • Outside Dhaka: 7-10 days.

     

  • Can I opt for a pickup? 
  • PUP is available over the weekends.

  • Where can I find the list of your available products?
  • You can explore our website, or browse through our Facebook Shop section!

     

  • What is the payment procedure?
  • Customers inside Dhaka can pay cash on delivery or bkash in advance. Delivery charge is BDT 60.

    Delivery outside Dhaka will be made via Sundarban or SA Paribahan. Customers outside Dhaka must pay the full amount in bkash before we dispatch the order. Delivery charge is BDT 80.

    Customers in Chittagong or Narayanganj can opt for home delivery and cash on delivery. In this case, the delivery charge will be BDT 150.

     

  • I have received a damaged product. Is there an exchange policy?
  • If a product comes damaged, we will replace it free of delivery charge.
    However, the damaged product must be unused and kept inside its intact packaging.

     

  • If I don’t like the product after receiving it, can I exchange it with something else?
  • Yes, you can. 
    If the reason for exchange is non-defective, the customer must inform us through Facebook or Instagram the day they receive the parcel. They can take another product in exchange along with paying the delivery charge.

     

  • What if I am unable to receive my order? 
  • The delivery man will contact you before he makes the delivery at your place.
    If he misses you twice, the order is returned to us.
    If you would still like to receive your order, an additional shipping charge must be paid to fulfill the order.

     

  • What if there was a mistake in my order?
  • If you receive the wrong order, please set the wrong items aside, unused and in their intact packaging. Once informed, we shall arrange for those wrong items to be picked up by our delivery service, while delivering the correct items. There is no need to pay any delivery charge here.

     

  • What is your order cancellation policy? 
  • Orders can be canceled within 18 hours after confirmation. 
    If you decide to cancel the order after it has been shipped, a cancellation fee of BDT 75 will be charged.

     

  • Can I tweak the existing bundles? 
  • We often tweak the existing bundles for our customers as per their requirements. 
    Feel free to knock us on our Facebook page or on Instagram for the changes.

     

  • What are your working hours? 
  • We are available every day till 10pm, excluding Fridays.

     

  • I want to update my parcel after confirming the order. What’s the procedure for that? 
  • Your order can be updated if it hasn’t been shipped yet i.e. until 18 hours from the time of confirmation.
    If it has been shipped already and you would still like to update your parcel, it willl be counted as a different order.
